We ship all over the world except the following countries:

Eritrea, Jamaica, Panama, Syrian Arab, Trinidad, Tobago, Yemen, Guyana, Slovakia, Israel, Columbia

Shipping Charges

We ship all packages as Registered Air Mail or Registered Small Packet  through our national carrier, India Post

Shipping is FREE for all orders on or above US$200

On orders below US$200, a flat rate of US$6.80 is charged as Shipping Charges.

Processing Time:

Most of the orders are shipped within 5 workdays, and in most cases it is shipped within 3 business days. In some cases (for e.g handmade items), it may go up to 7 business days. Uncontrollable situations like postal strikes, natural calamities, or lock-downs due to pandemic might affect the above mentioned time frames.

Shipping Time:

The delivery time varies from country to country, depends upon the customs process and postal services of the destination country. But in most of the cases the packages are delivered within 25 business days. If the package is not delivered within 25 business days, please contact/email us at kiwipensindia@gmail.com, so that we can track and trace the package. Here is the list of countries/regions and estimated delivery time.

There might be unexpected delays in deliveries due to Customs Clearance, Heavy traffic, etc. So If you are in a hurry or you have no patience to wait longer than usual time, please find some other store to source your item.
